Debugging Network Issues During Installation
DSim Cloud installation requires the following network ports to be available:
- Outbound port 443 for TCP. ie. HTTPS
- Outbound port 6000 to 18.104.22.168:6000 for TCP*
- Outbound port 6001 to 22.214.171.124:6001 for TCP*
- The destination subnet is 255.255.255.255
This may be an issue when network access is managed by a firewall, as is often the case inside corporate networks. If you experience errors due to blocked ports, please contact your IT department for assistance.
